There are so many diets out there, and they all work differently for different people. But Vince Gironda might just be the man with the right idea. The steak and eggs diet is focused on burning fat.

At first I was concerned because there are no vegetables, but steak and eggs combined have vitamins and minerals that are essential for our body.  The trick is you’re only going to eat two meals a day. Steak is pretty heavy so you should get full enough until your next meal.
