Health is Wealth- The Military Diet

A new diet I came across that only last 3 days! Thats music to yo ears if you're like me and can't always commit to the long drug out diets Ive previously tried. Here is a better look on the Military Diet if you're interested:

Grocery List:

  • 3 Cans Tuna
  • Broccoli (small head)
  • 2 Bananas & 2 Apple
  • Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • Eggs
  • Peanut Butter
  • 3 ounces Meat (your choice)
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Saltine Crackers
  • Hot Dog
  • Carrots
  • Green Beans
  • Cheddar Cheese (small qty)
  • Whole Wheat Bread
